2. Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Prices at the time of order confirmation are final.

We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

3. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• The information you provide is accurate and complete
• You are authorised to use the payment method provided

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud or stock discrepancies. A full refund will be issued in such cases.

4. Payment

We accept FPX online banking, debit and credit cards, and selected e-wallets. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store payment card details.

5. Shipping

We ship within Malaysia only. Estimated delivery times are 2–4 business days for Peninsular Malaysia and 4–7 business days for Sabah & Sarawak. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or public holidays.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on xuantian.co including images, text, logos, and designs are the property of XuanTian Clothing. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

XuanTian Clothing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
