Refund & Returns Policy

1. Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached
- In original packaging where possible
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Sale or discounted items
- Items marked as final sale
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
3. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for a different size or colour, subject to stock availability. To request an exchange, email us at support@xuantianclothing.com with your order number and the item you would like to exchange for.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
7. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return or exchange:

- Include your order number and reason for return
- We will provide return instructions within 1–2 business days
