1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within Malaysia only, including Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your parcel using the tracking number on the respective courier website:
6. Failed Delivery
If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will leave a notification. Please contact the courier directly to arrange re-delivery. If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery or incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.

If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at support@xuantianclothing.com with your order number and photos where applicable.
