Orders & Payment

We accept FPX online banking, debit and credit cards (Visa/Mastercard), and major e-wallets. All payments are processed securely.

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement. Please contact us immediately at support@xuantianclothing.com. Once the order has been packed or shipped, we are unable to make changes.

Yes. A confirmation email will be sent to you immediately after your order is placed. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive it within a few minutes.

Shipping & Delivery

Peninsular Malaysia: 2–4 business days.
Sabah & Sarawak: 4–7 business days.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your parcel on the Pos Laju or J&T Express website.

We offer free shipping on orders above RM150 within Peninsular Malaysia. Standard shipping rates apply for Sabah & Sarawak.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Sale items are non-refundable.

Email us at support@xuantianclothing.com with your order number and the size you need. We will guide you through the exchange process. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Products

We use premium 100% cotton in 220gsm, 240gsm, and 260gsm weights depending on the product. Full material details are listed on each product page.

Machine wash cold (30°C), inside out. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not iron directly on print or graphic areas.
